The prestigious Knoxville neighborhood, Sequoyah Hills sits right along the Tennessee River, in a beautiful park-like setting. Tree-lined boulevards and built-in recreational facilities are both included in this historic neighborhood. While known for the grand old luxury homes, properties here range in size and prices and all have their own unique character. Sequoyah Hills acts as a convenient conduit to both Downtown Knoxville and the Bearden area, where there is easy access to grocery stores, boutiques and West Town Mall. With 87 acres of park to play, relax, or exercise it's the perfect place for those who love the outdoors, but want to remain close to the city. Also in the area is Sequoyah Elementary School, Sequoyah Branch of the Knoxville Public Library, and half a dozen houses of worship within walking distance of Sequoyah Hills.

Sequoyah Park

Bicyclists, runners and walkers enjoy the charm of this scenic tree-lined boulevard with its rolling hills and quaint older homes. Sequoyah Hills is acclaimed for its breathtaking spring landscapes and is a featured tour during the Dogwood Arts Festival. Sequoyah Greenway runs along the boulevard median. Divided into three sections each with its own parking, Sequoyah Hills Park features 3 sport fields, a playground and exercise yard, and two waterway accesses to the Tennessee River. There is plenty of open space for frisbee and picnics along with a trail that winds along the riverfront. Features include: 84.53 acres, picnic tables, water access, fishing, open space, unpaved trails, 3 baseball/softball fields, concession stand, restrooms (open during games and practices), 2 blueways, For ballfield reservations, please call (865) 584-6403.

Dancers Studio

Dancers Studio, located in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a well established school of dance, and prides itself on being the longest continuously operating dance studio in Knoxville.
